Even without offsets, those
tyres are much bigger than stock - over 2.5" larger diameter front and rear. This is because you're going to higher profile
tyres, increasing width at the same time and increasing
wheel size all at once. The profile is basically the sidewall height expressed as a percentage of the tread width - you're going to a higher percentage of a larger number, and then putting it on a larger diameter
wheel.
Those sizes will throw your speedo out significantly - you'll be going over 10% faster than the speedo reads.
Even if this wasn't an issue, the
wheel offset is then important as robz32 has indicated, because you're trying to get much wider
tyres to fit into the same
wheel arches, and depending on offset, that will put them closer to your guards,
suspension, inner
wheel lining, or all of the above, and if the offset is bad enough, will almost certainly contribute to rubbing. I'd guess that no matter what the offsets, those size
tyres are simply not going to fit anyway due to the extra ~2.5 inches of diameter anyway.
