20X9 and 20X10.5 is a good fit for the Kia Stinger. If you're really OCD and want the same rolling diameter, I would stick with the 19X8.5 and 19X9.5.

245/40/20 is too tall and will most likely run into rubbing just like the 255/40/20. 245/40/19 is doable.

20X9 +35 would be about the offset I would do to be flush for stock height but enough to clear the brakes. For your tires, 255/30 would actually be closest size to your overall rolling diameter but we have successfully ran 245/35/20. 255/35 may be a bit oversized and run into issues of rubbing...
