Excellent write up, I had to remove the whole brake/hub assembly in the front to get the suspension assembly out. I see that you found the trick to removing them by compressing the spring while in the car, very cool.

Question, is it necessary to have the pipe go around like that, couldnt the pipe from the turbo to the inlet have been shorter, like more direct?

If you search you will see that people have gone up to +45 with 20x10.5 with no issues.

New 340 gets 382hp! thats a huge jump from the previous model, considering the previous 340 made 320-330 whp when it was rated at around 330hp, this one will probably make 360+ whp. Looks like it is going to be a successful recipe, more powerful, bigger, lighter and stronger structure rigidity...

Thats relative to how aggressive the tune is or which map the car is mostly driven on etc, supporting mods, how much power your making, fuel being used etc, there is no straight answer because it depends on many things. In short, mild tune most likely yes, aggressive tune probably not.

About damn time somebody offered HFC [rockon] What are the specs on the HFC's? Ex. 100 or 200 CELL etc.. Do the sensor wires need to be extended? Any pics from inside the engine bay to see how it fits? What is the wait time on these? Any issues triggering the Check Engine Light?

I am usually on MAP 2, occasionally run MAP 3 but haven't gone beyond that. I am sure in stock form the breather side will collect oil over time, it depends on the driving style and even the level of oil can affect, if you overfill it will collect more. However in my case I think it is because...

car has roughly 15k miles now. Top is PCV with the usual amount of oil, bottom is the breather which finally caught some oil courtesy of the JB4 [burnout]

Sounds much better. Please make a full EVC turbo back with high flow cats! The car has been out more than a year and still no full exhaust solution with high flow cats [sad]
