    Exhaust Thread

Well... I finally sat down, watched a few YouTube videos and figured it out. I used an Add-A-Fuse to tap the 30A ACC circuit, added a 10A circuit to power the Tubi-Style ECU. Now, whenever I turn the car off, the power goes off. No more dead batteries!

Anyone else have any ideas on how to draw power properly from the rear fuse panel? I've tried an "add-a-circuit" to no avail. Thanks. Sent from my Moto Z3 Play using Tapatalk

Hmmm... Sounds like a good idea, though well beyond my electrical knowledge. Lol. I'll do some google searches. Thanks! Sent from my Moto Z3 Play using Tapatalk

    Exhaust Thread

Hey everyone... This past weekend I upgraded from a 2018 to a 2020 GT2. I'm in the process of reinstalling my Tubi-style exhaust and trying to tap the rear fusebox in the trunk. I am trying to power it from an "accessory" circuit so that it powers off when the car is turned off. On my 2018 the...

    Tubi-Style problem

@robz32 unfortunately not, and my exhaust are stuck in the sport mode and the drone inside the cabin is driving both myself and my dog crazy. would you happen to have any ideas on how the dampers can be manually controlled? I have posed this question to the manufacturer but have not heard back...

    Tubi-Style problem

Hi all, It's been a while since I Iast posted; I just passed the 2-year mark with my Stinger and still very happy with it. In 2018 I added a Tubi-Style exhaust which has performed very well since day one. This past week, upon returning home from a 6-day vacation I found my battery dead. I am...

Kia Stinger getting an Italian voice!

robz32 Happy Holidays. Hope you have been well. Did you ever dyno your car after the Tubi install? I'm curious to learn what kind of performance improvements we are getting.

robz32 the sounds deadening material has helped quite a bit. Although keeping her out of the 1,500-2,000 RPM range is the biggest thing. BTW... were you ever able to Dyno your Stinger post the Tubi installation?

Absolutely loving the exhaust. Although with valves open there is a fair amount (read... A LOT) of resonance (drone?) throughout the cabin. Someone on Facebook suggested some sound-deadening material so I?m trying that out!

Btw... ?@DirtGod... how noticeable was the performance improvement after you installed the Tubi-Style? I don't know if my mind is playing tricks on me or not, but in sport mode Natasha feels much more responsive, and quicker! I seem to get more wheel span from a dead stop. robz32 I can't...

Kia Stinger getting an Italian voice!

robz32 FYI... from Ivan @ Tubi: Standard Mode -normally this is the working mode. The valve is always closed. Open Mode ? This should be selected to maintain the valve always open. Sport Mode ? When the car is strongly accelerating or decelerating, the valve open and remain open until you cam...

Kia Stinger getting an Italian voice!

robz32 we powered the ExCU directly to the battery as the install docs say. However I am in contact with Tubi support (Ivan in Germany) about power draw from the unit and I may eventually run power to a switches circuit in the fuse box. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Same mine took about 6 weeks. But partially because of when I ordered. European summer holidays see companies shut down for 2-3+ weeks in the late summer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Well, I hope this isn?t an indication of how the install is going to go tomorrow? And I definitely hope Tibi?s engineering standards are much higher than this; the ECU doesn?t even fit in the harness they provided. #FAIL Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Has anyone one tried to power the Tubi ECU via an electrical connection into the fusebox? And if so, does anyone know what kind of power this thing draws? The documentation provided calls for it to be hardwired to the battery for power. But that leaves the unit on all the time and could drain...
