BBB Auto Line

We have been without our vehicle since October 2023. Under warranty, only 27000 miles and 2 years old, a short block engine and parts were installed and within a few days of being returned to us end of April, another engine malfunction occurred and has yet to be ascertained to what can be resolved to repair. In meantime a very unacceptable offer has been made. We wonder if anyone has used the BBB Auto Line that Genesis offers for arbitration of repurchase price only. Any and all compensation would be done elsewhere if be as BBB strictly only helps with car value repurchase.

We loved our car but had the electrical system go out within a few hundred miles and only 5 days after purchase. It is now over 9 months of expenses and etc and still no answers.
