Ehhhhhh.... They put a different engine in the Telluride. They brought back the 3.8L V6 engine with GDI and an Atkinson cycle for efficiency.
OK, I guess I was told wrong, the manager at the dealership told me about the engine in the Telluride. I should have known better then to listen to them.

I think we were all hoping they'll use the same motor as the Stinger.

Hey [MENTION=713]Triumvph[/MENTION]!

That 3.8L motor was a great engine for us. Very reliable! We used it for years in the old Borrego, Sorento, Sedona, and even the Cadenza! They have reengineered it with GDI and an Atkinson cycle for higher compression and better fuel economy.

Do I wish that they'd throw something STRONG in there with big torque and tow capacity? Sure. But, it's early on in the Telluride story... ;-)
